“What does the 703 insulation blanket prove? And the 913? Everything.”
Henkel – 703 blanket. 2,806 production hours. 562 insulated components.
How does Kelvintech build trust through real project data?
Most industrial suppliers like to put reassuring phrases into their brochures:
“Fast.” “Precise.” “Reliable.”
But people working on the production floor know exactly this:
words don’t insulate. Numbers do.
That is why we communicate in projects.
Component counts. Production hours. Installation time.
And most importantly: removed and reinstalled positions, where it can be calculated down to the hour how much the client saved by choosing an insulation blanket solution.
Let’s look at two recent examples. Two multinational corporations that clearly have one thing in common:
they trust Kelvintech.
The Henkel project started with a simple question:
“Can insulation be implemented in a way that allows production to continue in a predictable and controlled manner?”
The answer was not a promise — it was performance.
- 703 custom — manufactured insulation blankets
- 2,806 production hours
- 562 insulated components and linear meters
- 273 installation hours
In Henkel’s case, the cost savings achieved with the sewn insulation blankets exceeded expectations several times over already in the first year. Thanks to the applied PTFE-coated fabric and the combined insulation core (ceramic fiber–based insulation), the solution operated at approximately one-tenth of the cost of rigid foam glass insulation, while delivering similarly excellent thermal performance, reliability, and significantly better cost efficiency.
Since installation, repeated dismantling required by test operations would not have been possible without damage using rigid foam glass insulation. Kelvintech’s sewn insulation solutions, however, remain fully intact and in place to this day.
Nestlé Purina – 913 blankets. 1,092 insulated positions. 355 installation hours.
Purina is a true large-scale industrial environment.
There are no margins for error here: if a system is down for half a day, it disrupts multiple tons of product, millions in revenue, and the work of hundreds of people.
This is an environment that can only be supported if insulation is not an obstacle, but a partner.
That is where Kelvintech came in.
- 913 insulation blankets
- 1,449 production hours
- 1,092 insulated components
- 355 installation hours
At Nestlé Purina, demand for sewn insulation solutions has grown dramatically over recent years.
While in 2019 only 38 components were insulated with sewn blankets, by 2024 this number had increased to
546 components per production hall.
This growth is no coincidence. Sewn insulation has become a standard solution for industrial maintenance across multiple sectors: it ensures the required thermal retention for a wide range of equipment while significantly reducing maintenance time and costs.
Why are these numbers important for your next decision?
Because they prove one thing:
Kelvintech doesn’t just work well in theory — it works in real industrial environments.
A company that installs hundreds of insulation blankets every year cannot be inaccurate.
It cannot be slow.
It cannot be chaotic.
No multinational operation would tolerate it.
The reference projects demonstrate three key facts:
1.
Manufacturing capacity
If we can reliably deliver 2,800+ production hours within deadline, the operation is built on solid foundations.
2.
Installation expertise
The 273 and 355 installation hours are not just figures — they represent experience, on-site know-how, and proven industrial practice.
3.
Reliability in live operation
If Henkel and Nestlé Purina entrust us with their critical systems, that trust is a guarantee for you as well.
If you invest, don’t build on promises. Build on delivered projects.
Sewn insulation is not a miracle.
It simply works.
Precisely. Predictably.
Even when every minute counts in a production facility.
- 703 blankets
- 913 blankets
- Hundreds of insulated components
- Thousands of production and installation hours
This is Kelvintech’s real performance.
And if you choose to, your next project can be one of them.
